How to become a Showcase Workshop Partner or Wizard

 
 

Step 1

First, you need a basic familiarity with our platform. If you haven’t used Showcase Workshop before, grab a 14-day free trial. Sign up for a demo with our Customer Success team, and we’ll show you how it works.

Step 2

Apply. We’ll review your application and let you know within 48 hours.

Step 3

Schedule a one-on-one call with us. We want to know all about you, your business, your team’s capabilities, and the types of clients you like to serve. We can’t make any promises, but the more we know about you, the easier it will be for us to make referrals.

Step 4

Once you’re accepted, pay the annual partner fee of $399 (+ tax if applicable) and complete our training course to earn full Showcase Workshop Partner status.  

An annual $99 renewal fee is charged at each anniversary.

Step 5

Add your Accredited Partner and Showcase Workshop Wizard badges to your website and promotional materials.

How much commission do we get?
Partners earn 20% commission on monthly on annual plans, and Partners with at least one fully trained Wizard earn 25% commission.

Does everyone in my business have to be a Wizard?
Not at all! If you have a team of designers and at least one of them successfully completes our Wizard course, that’ll be enough to earn you the top rate of commission.

How long does the training take?
Our training runs over 10 self-directed video lessons. Each video covers a key concept of Showcase Workshop and will take a maximum of 30 minutes to complete. In total, you’ll invest about 5 hours - including the assessment -  to achieve Wizard status.

What will the one-on-one cover?
During this conversation, we want to learn about you, your business, and your ideal clients. That way, if we make referrals to you, we can be comfortable in the knowledge we’re pointing people in the right direction and only sending you the kinds of referrals that you want.

How many referrals can I expect?
We don’t guarantee any referrals, but we are confident that the right partners will find this to be a good opportunity to expand their business.

Who’s a good fit for Partnership and Wizardry?
Our other Partners are agencies and creative consultants who build incredible content for their customers. They want a platform that can be fully customized from a visual perspective and gives clients some ability to update the files they build in house. If you care about making sure the brochures, videos, and documents you create for your clients have a life outside of SharePoint or a dusty Dropbox folder, then Showcase Partnership is for you.

What about my competitors?
We’ll only ever take a small number of Partners and Wizards from any one territory at any one time, and the numbers will vary from region to region.

How is billing managed?
Showcase will bill your clients directly for their subscription. Showcase will request a tax invoice from you at the end of each quarter, reflecting the corresponding percentage of your client’s paid monthly or annual fees. Where a Partner has more than one customer using Showcase Workshop, we will show each customer separately on the invoice request. Payment of each rebate will be made within 7 days of receiving your invoice.
